Jasper International Academy Leadership and Management Skills for Supervisors

This is a one-day module that you can study independently or as part of the full “Certified Award in Critical Management – Supervisor Leadership Development Course (5 Days)”

The Certified Award in Critical Management – Supervisor Leadership Development Course (5 Days) consists of 5 individual modules as listed below.

You can build up towards the full Award as each module is certificated as a module in its own right and a credit toward the Full Award

The Modules are:

  1. Leadership for Line Managers (1 day 5 hours) – Try a 30 Minute Taster Run by Our Consultant
  2.  Interpersonal Skills for Line Managers (1 day 5 hours) – Try a 30 Minute Taster Run by Our Consultant
  3. Time and Priority Management for Line Managers (1 day 5 hours) – Try a 30 Minute Taster Run by Our Consultant
  4. Conflict Resolution for Line Managers (1 day 5 hours) – Try a 30 Minute Taster Run by Our Consultant
  5. Problem Solving for Line Managers (1 day 5 hours) – Try a 30 Minute Taster Run by Our Consultant
